What you'll own
- Shooting on-site at events: pours, reactions, transformations, crowd energy, bartender personality
- Editing and publishing Reels and TikToks with fast turnaround; event Saturday, posted Sunday
- The Powch visual language: bold, comic-book energy, oranges and reds, pop-art, nightlife
- Content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, and whatever platform matters next quarter
- Behind-the-scenes storytelling: the prep, the crew, the chaos before the calm
- Community management: comments, DMs, and turning both into leads
You're right for this if
- Your portfolio makes us stop scrolling. That's the whole first filter
- You edit fast and well. CapCut, Premiere, or whatever gets it done
- You understand Lagos nightlife and celebration culture from the inside
- You have opinions about what makes a Reel work, and you can defend them
- You're comfortable working nights and weekends, because that's when the magic happens
- You can hold a camera in one hand and read a room with the other
What success looks like at 90 days
- Consistent publishing cadence with no gaps
- At least one piece of content that meaningfully outperforms everything before it
- Measurable inbound enquiries attributed to social
- A content library organized enough that anyone can find the December wedding footage
